Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the website and the client portal of NutriClinic ("we", "the clinic"). By booking a session or using the portal you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.

2. Our services

We provide nutrition counselling, body-composition analysis, meal planning and related coaching. Our services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Please keep your doctor informed, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication.

The portal is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 112 (or 166 for an ambulance in Greece).

3. Your account

  • You receive a personal invitation and choose your own password. Keep it secret and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • The information you give us (history, medication, allergies) must be accurate and complete — your plan depends on it.
  • You may only access your own account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Appointments & cancellations

  • Appointments can be requested online or by phone and are confirmed by the clinic.
  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
  • If we need to cancel, we will offer you a new appointment as soon as possible.

5. Fees & payment

Prices are shown on the services page and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made at the clinic or by bank transfer / payment link before access to premium content is activated. Packages are personal and non-transferable.

6. Premium content & intellectual property

Recipes, meal plans, texts and images on the website and in the portal belong to the clinic or its licensors. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or published without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or the portal — for example by trying to access other people's data, uploading malicious files, or sending abusive messages. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

We provide our services with professional care, but results depend on many factors, including your own adherence, and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for temporary unavailability of the website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will inform active clients of material changes by e-mail or in the portal. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Governing law & contact
